Provincial Pre-Budget Submission 2013
On Friday, March 1, 2013, the Federation met with Finance Minister Hon. Maureen MacDonald and provided to her this submission. Recommendations include, amongst others, a 10% reduction of tuition fees, proper funding to NSCAD, and a cost neutral recommendation to fund 100% of student loans by reallocating current ineffective funding mechanisms.
